FDDI Fursatganj organized an expert session on “Soft Skills” on 21st November 2025 with the aim of enhancing students’ overall personality and employability skills. The session was conducted by Ms. Sadaf Khan, Principal, Ryan International School, Raebareli, who shared valuable insights drawn from her rich academic and administrative experience.
The session proved to be highly beneficial for the students, as it emphasized the importance of effective communication, interpersonal skills, confidence building, and positive attitude in shaping one’s personality. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, students gained a clearer understanding of how soft skills complement technical knowledge and play a crucial role in academic excellence, professional success, and workplace readiness.
